The General Assembly meeting of the AISym4Med project took place on June 19th and 20th at UMC Utrecht in the Netherlands. The two-day event provided a platform for project members to discuss the current status and future directions of the AISym4Med initiative.
On the first day, participants reviewed the project’s progress, focusing on the MVP, security and privacy by design, and data standardization and harmonization. These discussions yielded valuable insights into the project’s development. The Consortium members also enjoyed a canoeing excursion through the picturesque canals of Utrecht, taking advantage of the sunny weather.
The second day featured presentations on various topics, including use cases, communication and dissemination (C&D), exploitation, federated learning, model auditing, and synthetic data generation. During the day the partners participated in an engaging workshop on the upcoming Community of Practice.
The meeting was an opportunity to strengthen collaboration among consortium members. Special thanks to UMC Utrecht for hosting the event and to all consortium partners for their participation and contributions.
